About this Course

Participants learn intermediate and advanced kata, testing grading preparation, fine tuning applications, athletic and elite sportsmanship. Training adopts science of the US Olympic committee & standards of the Japan Karate Federation. Students may participate in regional & international competition with opportunities to train in Japan and international seminars with the instructor. Additional fee for national & international membership and testing (not mandatory). Drop in is $20 per session. No training Aug 9 - 20 (Seminar in Japan). Training equipment (white Karate uniform) suggested for participants wishing to continue training.
