Through Yoga Nidra, a soothing meditative practice often called "yogic sleep," you will be led into a profound state of relaxation. In this deeply restful journey, you’ll release physical and emotional tension, allowing your nervous system to reset and renew naturally. This is not yoga poses, yoga nidra is done lying down on your back. We will use breathwork to prime our bodies before yoga nidra. Blankets will be provided and limited yoga mats are available, first come first served. Please bring anything else to assist in your comfort (e.g., pillow, eye mask, layers, bolster). No experience is necessary, all levels welcome. Come well digested and ready to relax.
